MY APPROACH
As a Health Coach, I take a holistic approach to health and wellness. I believe that optimal health and wellness is achieved when all aspects of life – physical, mental, and emotional – are in harmony. My approach is to empower my clients and help them to create lasting, healthy habits. We will work together to identify the underlying causes of any health issues
and create a personalized plan that will help them reach their personal health and wellness goals. My goal is to help my clients take an active role in their own health and well-being, and to give them the tools and resources they need to live their best, healthiest life.

I understand that one person’s food is another person’s poison, and will work with you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I use a personalized, holistic approach which takes into account your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. I strive to provide you with the support, knowledge and resources you need to make healthy and lasting changes in your life.
Health coaches can help individuals identify and achieve balance in all areas of life, not just diet and exercise. Primary Foods™ encompass our relationships, career, physical activity and spirituality, and when these elements are balanced and nourishing, our overall health will improve. Working with a health coach can help individuals identify areas of imbalance and create a plan for improvement that works for them. Health coaches strive to provide individuals with guidance and support towards a healthier lifestyle, incorporating all aspects of Primary Foods™. By focusing on improving relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality, health coaches help individuals achieve a balanced and fulfilled life.
The Integrative Nutrition™ Plate is a great tool for health coaching clients to use as a visual guide to ensure they're consuming the right proportions of nutrients. The plate encourages the consumption of a balanced diet, emphasizing the importance of eating a variety of whole foods, such as organic fruits and vegetables, whole grains, healthy proteins, and plant-based fats, and water. It also highlights the importance of appropriate portion sizes and the impact of lifestyle factors, such as relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality, on overall health. With the help of a health coach, clients can use the Integrative Nutrition™ Plate to create a balanced diet and lifestyle that will lead to optimal health and wellness.
