What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Please provide 24 hours notice in order to avoid a possible cancellation fee by your insurance.
What are your office hours?

Hours of operation are Mon-Thu 9am to 6pm. We are closed Fri- Sun, as well as ALL major holidays.
Which type of insurance do accept?

Most major insurance are accepted, as well as cash or personal checks.
Do you speak Spanish?
